What is GaN?

GaN or Gallium Nitride is a semiconductor material capable of transferring electrons 1000 times more efficiently than silicon, allowing GaN chargers to increase and decrease power more quickly and with far less heat. What is Shield NanoTech?

MICRODIA's proprietary Shield NanoTech enhances safety by monitoring charging temperatures and adjusting power to safeguard connected devices. With housing made from V-0 flame retardant resin with the highest UL 94 rating, Shield NanoTech also employs a 3D multi-circuit board build to dissipate heat through increased surface area, while silicon fills the space between circuit boards and the housing, improving thermal conductivity and heat dissipation.

Does the SMARTCUBE™ come with a warranty?

SMARTCUBE™ is covered by MICRODIA’S 24-Month Original Manufacturer Warranty, which, provided that you register your product on the website within 14 days of purchase, entitles you to have either repaired or replaced at MICRODIA’s option any part of this product proven defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. This limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
